For Exchange
You have 7 days to exchange your item from the day of purchase, proven that it’s in same condition it was sold with white tag attached to item (white tag written if tag removed no return no exchange). In case white tag isn’t attached to item, item will not be exchanged. Exchanges can be made physically in store with receipt, or online via WhatsApp only +971554155414.
For Returns
You have 5 days to return the item from the day of purchase in same condition it was sold; along with the white tag attached to the item( white tag written if tag removed no return no exchange). In case white tag isn’t attached to item, item will not be returned. Returns can be made physically in store with receipt, or online via filling the request form.
